The findings in this report are based on a survey sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) on behalf of Texas Highways. Through the use of a mixed-mode survey effort (mail and email) representing the Texas Highways circulation of active subscribers (excluding TxDOT employees), the purpose of this research project was to provide editors and advertisers with a profile of this audience.
