In-person details | TxDOT is hosting an in-person community and business workshop as an opportunity to learn more about the study and to share information about community and environmental resources in the area. TxDOT will also be asking for feedback from the community on current mobility challenges and business-related questions or concerns associated with the study. Monday, Oct. 30, 2023 |

Purpose | At the request of the Giddings City Council and Lee County Commissioners Court, TxDOT has initiated a study that will develop and evaluate preliminary options to improve mobility, safety and emergency response times and to address conflicts with the railroad in the City of Giddings in Lee County. |
Accessibility | The community and business workshop will be conducted in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
