The Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is responsible for affirmative action, employee Title VII (Civil Rights Act of 1964) discrimination investigations, Title VI/Equal Employment Opportunity contract compliance.
OCR oversees the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification programs and DBE compliance; elements of Business Outreach and Program Services.
