SP260-003	PDF	RTF	- Changes the sampling and testing requirements for Table 1 to say the Engineer may sample the mixture and test. Required for all projects using Item 260 beginning with the January 2012 letting. Replaces SP260-002 . (Change Memo: de-10-12). Statewide Use.
