Peace Officer Notifications
Several times a year, TxDOT corresponds with Texas law enforcement agencies regarding the collection of crash data on the Texas Peace Officer's Crash Report (Form CR-3) and other matters. Correspondence will be sent via email. All current and future notifications will be available on this page.
Requirements
To receive current information relating to crash reporting, please provide the following by email:
- Your email address
- Name of agency
- Mailing address
Note: Please contact us if you require correspondence sent to more than five email addresses.
