The Online Bid Proposal Request System (BPRS) allows bidders to request bid proposals online.

Obtaining a User ID

Obtain a User ID by emailing completed Security Access Form 1980 and Security Access Form 1828b to TXDOTPROPOSALS@txdot.gov.

All BPRS accounts have a 90-day expiration date. Changing the account password at least once every 60 days is recommended, as the account expiration date is reset each time the password is changed.

Re-Set Passwords

To reset a BPRS password and/or re-activate an account, email TxDOT IT Security Administration at IT_SA@txdot.gov.

Note: Be sure to include the User ID.
