LCPtracker frequently asked questions

In January 2017, TxDOT began the rollout of LCPtracker for the purpose of replacing the Electronic Project Records System (EPRS) for payroll reporting and prevailing wage monitoring. Projects that were let prior to January 2017 will remain in EPRS until project completion.

The use of LCPtracker will become mandatory for all construction projects beginning with the August 2017 Letting. All construction contracts will include a Special Provision to Item 7 requiring electronic submission of all certified payrolls through LCPtracker.

Will the use of LCPtracker be required for maintenance or facilities contracts?

  • Not at this time.

Do I need to purchase LCPtracker software?

  • No. Reporting certified payrolls for TxDOT projects will be through LCPtracker’s web-based system.
