Customer Relations Office

The Customer Relations Office of Information Technology provides PC and laptop configuration, provisioning, device break/fix, technology refresh and routine maintenance of end-user computing equipment for all division, districts, and offices. 

The office also operates IT help desk providing hardware and software problem resolution,end user trainingand readiness, incident analysis and tracking and on-site installation for all division, districts, and offices.
