Purpose:	A public meeting to discuss proposed improvements to FM 2524 (Austin Avenue) from Brooks Street to Norwood Street in Brownwood.
Description:	Proposed improvements include: Addition of a storm drain Bridge widening (Willis Creek) Addition of sidewalks, curb, gutter and ADA ramps Widening of pavement to accommodate a four-lane paved section
