Purpose:	A public meeting to present the proposed reconstruction and widening of State Highway (SH) 66 from SH 205 (Goliad Street) to Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 1777 in Rockwall County.
Description:	Proposed improvements include the following: Reconstruction and widening of SH 66 from a two-lane to a four- to six-lane divided roadway The scope is approximately ten miles from the City of Rockwall through Royse City Approximately 97 acres of additional right-of-way (ROW) and approximately 7 acres of drainage easements are anticipated ROW acquisition would impact undeveloped, commercial and residential property as well as place-of-worship property and Harry Myers Park property.
