Purpose:	To receive public comment on the repeal of Subchapter B of Chapter 2, concerning Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with Natural Resource Agencies and new Subchapters G, H, and I concerning MOU.
Description:	To ensure that natural resources are given full consideration in accomplishing the department's activities, the department evaluated its MOU with the following entities: Texas Parks and Wildlife Texas Historical Commission Texas Commission on Environmental Quality The new MOU's more effectively streamline review of the department’s projects and have many new provisions and procedures developed based on experience gained from numerous projects submitted since previously executed MOU's. The new MOU's are better organized than the existing with different subject areas broken into separate rule sections.
