DENTON COUNTY – Weather permitting, Indian Trail at FM 455 will be closed to through traffic beginning March 17, 2017 through May 5, 2017.  At the same time in the same area FM 455 will be reduced to one lane to be utilized by both directions of traffic using signal lights.

The closures are needed for culvert installation. This is part of a project to build paved shoulders on roads in several locations.

Traffic will be detoured from Indian Trail south to FM 2450 and north to FM 455, or traffic can follow Bernard Road west to Boom Branch Road north to FM 455. Detours will be marked.

Backups are expected and motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes if possible.
