DFW Connector - request for qualifications (RFQ)

Qualifications short list

TxDOT received and evaluated qualifications submitted by May 1, 2007. In June, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC) authorized a short list of teams to submit more detailed proposals.

RFQ documents

TxDOT issued the original request for qualifications on December 29, 2006. Two addenda were issued subsequently and all of these documents can be found below.
