Open House - SH 6 Grimes County Crossover Improvements

| Purpose: | The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will hold an open house to present proposed plans for improving crossovers on SH 6 from CR 413 to the Waller County line. |

| Description: | The improvements will enhance safety by constructing new crossovers, removing existing unsafe crossovers and adding deceleration and acceleration lanes. No additional right of way is required. Citizens with special communication or accommodation needs are encouraged to call (979) 778-9764 at least two business days prior to the event. The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT. |
