US 79 widening project in Leon County - Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
| Purpose: | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed US Highway (US) 79 widening project, and that the FONSI is available for public review |
| Description: | The proposed project would widen US 79 from west of Interstate Highway (IH) 45 to west of Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 1512 in Leon County, Texas. The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at TxDOT Bryan District Office, 2591 North Earl Rudder Freeway, Bryan, TX 77803, 979-778-2165.
