Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)

Purpose This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed US 380 project, and that the FONSI is available for public review.
Description

The proposed project would include the reconstruction of 5.9 miles of US 380 from Teel Parkway/Championship Drive to Lakewood Drive in Collin and Denton Counties, Texas.

The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Dallas District Office at 4777 East Highway 80, Mesquite, Texas 75150, 214-320-4469. They are also available online at https://www.keepitmovingdallas.com/US380ProsperFriscoWidening.
